We decided to enjoy the nice weather this afternoon and headed up to Point to enjoy a picnic. I needed to go there this week to use up my Kohl's Cash so we made a quick stop there and then we proceeded to the park! It was nice to be able to make a night of our trip to Point. The kids love KASH (Kids are Special Here) Park and it was a great way for them to release their energy.
We packed a little picnic and found the only spot that was available because apparently it is too early to bring out the picnic tables yet. Or unlock the public bathrooms either. At least there is a gas station close by :)
The kids did not even want to finish dinner but at least we got a quick bite to eat in them! And they sure did burn off a lot of energy tonight! I don't know where they keep it all :)
It was a great way to enjoy the evening and from what I hear, tomorrow will be close to 80 degrees! Now that is sure nice to hear in March! We will be playing outside tomorrow evening for sure!
