Happy Thanksgiving!

Today was a great Thanksgiving for our family!  We started out the morning by going to my Grandparents house.  We had a very wonderful, delicious lunch thanks to my Grandma and Mom!  Our family get together's with my side of the family are usually small because we don't have a large family but it is so nice to get to see everyone together at the same time.  We had some fun discussions and the kids played together.

Me and my family!

My sister, Katie, and her family!

Then in the early afternoon we headed over to Bryan's uncle's for his Thanksgiving.  And again, there was great food!  I think I gained 5 pounds today with all of the food that we ate!  That is one thing that our family get together's never lack: food!  We spend the rest of the afternoon and evening watching football, looking at sales flyers, and chit chatting! Bryleigh also learned how to crawl down the stairs by herself tonight!  She was quite the pro, by the end of the night! By the time we headed for home, the kids were definitely ready for bed!  Christian did not get a nap in today so he was starting to get pretty cranky!

I sure do have so many things to be thankful for!  Here are just a few:

Family:  I have such a wonderful, loving husband.  We have such a great relationship and he is my best friend.  We also have the 2 most fun loving, happy children!  Their personalities are each unique and they have really brought so much joy into our lives.  I also have such a supportive family and I couldn't have asked to marry into a better family!

Friends:  I have a select few best friends and although I do not get to see them all that often, I know that they are there for me whenever I may need them!

Job:  For awhile there I thought that I may never find a job that I would be happy with and I have finally found an awesome job.  I love the people I work with and I love the position I am in.  I enjoy watching the residents gain their independence and improve, it is so rewarding.  I also have the best of both worlds, I get to work part time but I also get to spend the majority of my time with the kids.

Home:  We have been very blessed with a beautiful home!  In the 3 years that we have owned our home, we have made it ours and are continually making improvements!  So many memories have happened here!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
