Its almost time...

I'm so excited to meet my newest niece tomorrow!  My sister is being induced at 8am tomorrow and with her short and easy labors with my 2 other nieces, I fully expect to be cuddling up on the newest member of our family by noon tomorrow!  So here is the last baby bump picture that we will have of my sister and her precious addition...

And in honor of celebrating her last day of pregnancy (and also to entertain the 4 kiddos) we picked up cupcakes from Isparkle Cupcakes in the mall.  They are almost too pretty to eat...

I will be sure to post pictures tomorrow so I can brag about my new niece! I'm hoping this cures my baby fever for awhile because it is sure in full swing right now!

Date Night

Bryan and I were in desperate need of some couple time! As much as we love our children, we do need a date night once and awhile (especially when we have a toddler in the terrible two's and a strong willed 5 year old!) Thankfully, my in law's more than willingly offered to watch the kiddos while Bryan and I went to dinner and to run some errands in Point. 

We had dinner at Tokyo Steakhouse!  I love me some Hibachi!

And what could be more romantic than a stop at Kohl's to use our Kohl's Cash!  Okay, not too exciting of a date night but there is nothing like trying on clothes without chasing after children and no loud crying or screaming!  I did have to chuckle a tad bit at the mom with the screaming toddler down the other isle :) Bryan even picked out some new clothes which he NEVER does! 

And there you have it,  our exciting little date night! The night went by quickly and when we went to pick the kids up,  we found them to be quite adventurers when we were gone.

Can someone please tell me what happened to my squeamish little girl who hates spiders and bugs because I'm not sure who this little girl is playing with worms?!? Well for that matter, what happened to my overly clean, afraid to get dirty, little boy! They both appear to have disappeared! Grandma and Grandpa appear to have corrupted our children! lol

Surprise!

I received the sweetest surprise at work today! My amazing husband sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers...

Nothing can make me feel more special than a wonderful surprise like this on a Monday morning!

Thank you babe!  I appreciate all the things you do for me and especially love all the effort you go through to make me feel special!  I love you with all of my heart!

Friends, Fun, and Camping :)

We just made it home from our weekend camping trip with our friends, Travis and Tammy, and their 3 children, Chloe, Carley, and Wyatt!  It was such a relaxing, fun filled weekend!  Although our Thursday started out pretty dreary, we could not have asked for more perfect weather for the remainder of the weekend.  It was in the high 70's, low 80's all weekend, and cool at night which made for perfect campfire weather!  It was a bit too chilly for me to swim but kids do not care about temperature when it comes to sand, swimming, and sun!  So our days were spent by the pond, playing on the jumping pillow, taking long walks, and eating lots of good camping food!

We love the campground, Vista Royalle, and will definitely be planning more camping weekends at this campground next summer!  Now I need to get to the endless pile of laundry that needs to be started!
