Our Birthday Boy is 6!

Happy 6th birthday to the sweetest little boy we know!  Our lives were forever blessed when you joined our family  Your creative, fun loving, cautous, amazingly intelligent personality shows through in everything that you do.  We are so proud of the little boy that you are.  We love you Christian!

Our baby boy has gone from a 6 pound 7 ounce little peanut...

to our petite 6 year old little boy!

In honor of Christian's birthday,  we made the entire day about him!  I had off of work so it was a Mom and Christian day! First activity on the agenda... Movie date with my boy to see Monsters University!

Next up...mini golfing followed by an ice cream date!

After an afternoon in the sun, we cooled off with a trip to the pool...

Christian chose Golden Corral for his birthday dinner celebration!

And for the exciting finale to his birthday activities...his birthday present...a trampoline!  This was definitely the high light of his day! He wore himself out jumping today. And as for me,  I was able to test it out a little bit while putting it together last night!

Our birthday boy is a joy to have in our lives.  We are so blessed that God chose us to be his parents!  The first 6 years have been an adventure and we are excited to continue to watch him grow!  Our day was fun filled and hopefully everything that our birthday boy hoped it would be.  To end the night, we read the Dr. Seuss Birthday book as have read for each of the kids on their birthdays for the past few years!
