Cranberry Marsh Field Trip

I was able to attend Bryleigh's first 4K Field Trip last Friday. It was a beautiful day to learn about cranberry harvest.  Bryeigh was able to see what her Daddy did for cranberry harvest for a few years!  Even though Bryan hasn't helped with harvest in a few years, she was still excited to learn!

But I'm pretty sure that her favorite part was the bus ride!  She has another field trip to the Pumpkin Patch coming up next week. Daddy gets to go on that trip with her!

Sneak Peak

I have been stalking our photographers Facebook page, Epiphany Photography,  hoping for a sneak peak of our family photos from last weekend!  This morning I noticed that she posted a few! Ahhhh, I'm so in love!  I'm so excited to see them all!  I'm so glad that we found, Jess, because she takes amazing photos!  Here is  sneak peak... even though it was cold, they turned out so cute!

Our week

We have all had such busy schedules these days. We are running 3 days a week between Cub Scouts, Gymnastics, and Dance.  I also have to find time in there to study and write my weekly papers.  There is not much time for blogging these days.  I'm falling far behind on sharing the fun pictures from activities that we have been able to squeeze into our schedule.

This past Sunday, we had our Fall Family Pictures. We have never done fall pictures so I was excited for a few of our firsts...our first fall pictures and our first fun picture session versus just having posed pictures. Unfortunately it was very chilly.  But the kids did so well with a little bit of bribing!

We were outside for a little over an hour before we warmed up in the car on our drive to Appleton. The kids picked to go to Chucke Cheese's...

Yesterday, the guys had a man night with our friends while Bryleigh and I went to my sister' s house for a girls night with my nieces!  I just love them to pieces!

We are hoping for great weekend weather so we can make it to the apple orchard on Sunday! But now we are off to the Cranberry Marsh for Bryleigh's 1st 4K field trip of the year!

After School Activities

We are officially living a "soccer' mom lifestyle these days. Bryleigh started gymnastics and dance again a few weeks ago.  So we are busy running on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Bryleigh.

And this year Christian is in cub scouts! So we have meetings every other Tuesday.

It can be challenging some days trying to figure out how we are going to get which kid where but we have managed so far. The hardest part is getting into a routine again. I'm trying to figure out my "study" and "paper writing" days so that I can spend the most time with the kids but it is rather trying some times. It will all work out in the end but holy cow....how do parents have more than 2 children?????  Ha Ha

But they are good for helping....
Clearly you can see who was the most help with yardwork yesterday!

A girls weekend and a guys weekend!

It is always nice when we can spend one on one time with each child.  This weekend was a perfect time to do just that!

Bryleigh and my mom came to school with me on Saturday. They spent the morning shopping while I was in class. After class, we ventured on to the Dells.  Bryleigh played all afternoon at Knuckleheads. After Knucklehead's, we had an early dinner at Noodles and Company and Fro Yo at Orange Leaf, followed by shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall.

Bryleigh was so excited that she got to sleep in Mom and Dad's bed while Dad and Christian were out of town!  This morning, we went to church and took a walk around the lake!  A fun filled weekend with just us girls.

Meanwhile, Christian and Daddy were having a blast in Milwaukee at the Brewers Game.

This boy is one spoiled guy when it comes to attending sporting events this year...first a Packer Game and now a Brewers Game. He was so excited to show me his game ball that he got from being in such awesome seats! I think our boy is starting to like sports now :)

It was a great weekend and much needed for both Dad and Mom!
