3rd Tooth

Her teeth just keep falling out...

And she is loving it!  I, on the other hand, miss her baby teeth smile already :)

1st Basketball Tournament

We decided to sign Christian up for basketball this year.  He was upset with us at first but its only because he gets anxious when trying new things.  He has enjoyed practices so far but this past Sunday was the true test.  The team had their first tournament of the season.  Although they did not win any games, it was great experience for the boys.  The coaches and the boys know what they need to work on for next week. 

We were so excited to hear the coaches say that Christian has caught on so quickly. From having never played basketball 2 months ago until now, they say he looks like a completely different kid. We were able to get a glimpse of this when Christian stole the ball from the point guard and ran down the court and attempted to score.  Although he didn't make the points, it was enough to build is self esteem!

Our #12 is so fun to watch! I sure hope he sticks with it because this is one sport that I truly understand (since I actually played this one!). I love watching the team and cheering them on!

Happy 60th Birthday Mom!

Happy 60th birthday to this amazing woman who has been my biggest supporter and best friend! Through her selfless acts of love, she has showed me what a it means to be a Mom! I"m so blessed to call you my Mom and proud to say that you don't look a day over 40! Happy Birthday Mom, we love you!

Tooth #2

Well apparently our girl loves money so much that she decided it was worth pulling out tooth #2 once she realized the tooth fairy brought $5 for the first one! We made it clear that the first tooth is extra special which is why she received $5. Not all lost teeth provide a small fortune!

But after she pulled  out her 2nd tooth I raluzed this seemed very familiar. So lookung back through pictures, I realized that Christian lost his first 2 teeth at Grandma's...almost 2 years to the date from when Bryleigh lost her 1st two teeth with 2 days!

Apparently Grandma is the key to losing teeth!

Tooth Fairy and Ball Player

This girl lost her first tooth today! Well actually, Dad and I went to do lunch with Bryleigh at school and Dad bribed her with money in order to pull it out! So the tooth fairy is coning tonight...

And while the boys were at basketball, Bryleigh and I spent some girl time together baking cupcakes!  I think Bryleigh licked more frosting than she actually put on the cupcakes :)

And Christian came home so excited about his new team shirt!  He is ready for his first game on Sunday!
